Thinking of hosting your site?

I can still remember the frustration I had when I lost control of my blog that was hosted for free at that time with Blogger. I lost access because Google disabled my email account connected to my blog. I couldn’t sleep for a couple of days. I went to forums and asked experienced bloggers and webmasters how I could get out of this situation. Most of them advised me to just get a web hosting but to be honest I had no idea what a web hosting was and how it could benefit a blogger like me. I almost gave up on getting back access to my own blog!

I researched online to learn about web hosting and based on what I found I decided to host my blog with a commercial web hosting company instead of using free hosting without any protection for one’s site.
