A minute on the lips, lifetime on the hips
I try to live as healthy as I can. I eat 5 different fruits and vegetables a day. I wish though that I could lose some weight. I find it really hard to lose weight. You know the saying:” A minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips”. I didn’t believe that when I was younger and had a better metabolism but now I must admit that it is true. Now I am trying all kinds of thing to get rid of this excess baggage I have…
One of my schoolmate mentioned to me once that she is doing a colon cleanse and that triggered my curiosity so now I am reading about the benefits of colon cleansing and trying to decide if it’s something for me. Have any of you done it? Did it brought you good results?
Get back in shape, holiday is over
The holiday season has come and gone and now we are left with the extra weight. Many of us are now signing up for gym membership and trying real hard to lose these extra kilos.
But my problem is I don’t like the gym because I get bored after awhile. I just wish I resisted the temptation in indulging on the sumptuous meals we had during the holidays. Do you have any fat burner advice you can share?
Get back on my feet
The last couple of weeks I have been obsessing in finding ways to lose belly fat that has been a permanent resident on my body for awhile now.
I must admit though that I am finding it really difficult to lose weight in the Land of the Foodies. I have gained 3 kilos when I got pregnant ( unfortunately I am not anymore ) and now I am trying to lose those kilos because I don’t want to be too heavy when we try to conceive again.
What I have done so far:
I try to get out more often now and walk at least an hour or two in a week with hubby.
I started using the ab roller again and hopefully I can see the result in a few months.
I try to eat less Pringles.
I eat a variety of fruit everyday.
I now eat breakfast.
I weigh 59 kilos at the moment, if I could just lose 3 -4 kilos I would be very happy.
