Watching what I eat
My father had a very bad cholesterol level, and his mom had diabetes. I should be careful that I don’t get what they had too. So far I think I have been pretty healthy and haven’t had the need to use any monitoring devices like a pulse oximeter, the thing that measures the oxygen in your blood.
I try to incorporate a lot of vegetables in our meals and to eat fruits for dessert. I think we are in pretty good shape, the only thing I am missing is a regular exercise but I think when we are finally in the farm, we will get enough exercise as we have plenty of things to tackle there.
Spicy Food and Hemorrhoid
I heard from somebody that spicy food can cause hemorrhoids. But after some research I found out that there are no food that cause hemorrhoids as it is normally caused by too much strain on and around one’s anus. If you do have hemorrhoid, do click here to learn more.
But keep in mind too that if you eat spicy foods that you will eventually poop out, it will touch on the hemorrhoids and it might cause some more irritations.
