Quitting caffeine

Jan 14, 2010 under Personal

We are trying to get pregnant again so I decided to stop drinking coffee and cola for awhile. I heard somewhere that coffee can increase risk of miscarriage, I know it’s not yet been proven but I rather be on the safe side as and I don’t want to experience that again. And besides coffee is a bit of a nuisance lately, if I drink it a bit too late, I won’t be able to sleep well and sometimes would even need a sleeping pill to fall asleep.

  1. I’m glad that you stop drinking coffee and cola for awhile. if your planning to have a baby talaga dapat kung maaari no caffeine.. Drink more water and milk sis makaka tulong yan and advise ng doc ko na lagi dapat rich in fiber tayung kinakain pra ready ang body natin pag pregnant tau.. lack of sleep and stress ang pinaka dapat iiwasan mo..Btw about eating sushi during pregnancy oo for me di xa advisable ako kc hindi ako tumikim ng raw fish nung buntis ako…
I read also about acknowledging that seafood can be an important part of a balanced diet for childbearing age who may become pregnant. FDA advises these women to select a variety of other kinds of fish — including shellfish, canned fish, smaller ocean fish or farm-raised fish — and that these women can safely eat 12 ounces per week of cooked fish. A typical serving size of fish is from 3 to 6 ounces.
good luck sis happy weekend keep in touch ha!!!

  2. Jade! Sorry I’ve not been around much lately! I’m glad to hear you and hubby are back on the preggers wagon again. I was worried about you and I’m glad you are giving it another shot. Just remember that you are doing the absolute best that you can for your unborn child and know that you are not doing anything wrong. I have no earthly idea how you are going to manage with no caffeine though LOL!!! Big hugs and lots of love from “Auntie Kimmi” in the States!

  3. good info for all women.
