Slow Problem Solving
Some update on my internet provider problem:
I followed up again yesterday and told the customer service agent that it has already been a week that this ticket was opened! This is causing me to lose money as do work online.They claimed that they have not received the authorization letter from the landlord yet. My landlord’s agent have sent it to them twice.
The Starhub have scheduled the cabling anyway and asked me if I could just give the letter from the landlord to them.
So I contacted my landlord’s agent and told him to just bring the letter to me so I can give it directly to the technician/Starhub guy.
Guess what, a couple of minutes later Starhub called me and said that they have found the letter. Tsk…tsk!
It is their fault then, they are very chaotic. Even though they offered me a discount on the bill for the duration of the time that the problem has been going on…I still think that they should work on their system and customer service. This is not acceptable.
Oh and I also think they should give me some shopping vouchers too:) Hehehehe!
